The multiples that are stated
The ROI *5, *7, *15 has been observed through +50 projects and counting.
We could guarantee the ROI but it also means that the customer needs to book a full accompanying with Valyia for the implementation and monitoring of the results. This kind of guarantee comes with the fact that at least 1 person from our team needs to have a couple of workshops with on site physical presence with the customers which is feasible as we do that often.
The costs are naturally higher and all our team members have traveling passport enabling to reach US, Europe and middle East destinations within 24h00.

How we measure ROI :
We use KPIs and perform a comparison between the results before and after the implementation of our projects and recommendations.
Our analysis is based on the client's data, including extracts from their accounting, CRM, and ERP systems. We evaluate the ROI through indicators such as:

- EBITDA and net margin
- Customer retention rate (%)
